Let’s get acquainted…
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Joanny’s love for the water started very early on with her earliest memories of boating in beautiful Biscayne Bay and of fishing in Key Largo. Her exposure to boating eventually grew into a lifelong love, hobby and, later, a successful career.
Starting her career in luxury retail, she and calling Bal Harbour shops home for 14 years, she was the Assistant Manager for luxury boutiques such as Hublot, Alexander McQueen, and Dolce & Gabbana to name a few. She would use her vacation time to work the Boat Show for Cigarette Racing and did so consistently for four years, cultivating relationships with show goers that would return to see her and the beautiful boats. It was her “Adult Summer Camp” and she thought wouldn’t it be great to be able to do this every day? The opportunity certainly presented itself and she joined the MarineMax family shortly after… the rest is history.
